At Woodsides Pharmacy, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our returns and refund policy below.

Returns

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and fragrances can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
