1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £3.50

  • Free delivery over £50.00

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

5. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. While we strive to meet these delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Multiple Items & Parcels
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. In such cases, additional shipping charges will not apply.

7. Failed Delivery
If your delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or you are unavailable to receive your package, the courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

9. Perfume Shipping Restrictions
